摘要
本研究聚焦于工业上楼快速建造体系下的关键施工技术,阐述预应力混凝土梁在工业化建造中的高效制备与精准安装技术,探讨钢管混凝土柱的制作精度控制、混凝土灌注工艺及其对整体结构性能的保障作用,并分析二者连接节点的关键施工要点,研究成果为该体系的快速建造提供技术支持,旨在为提升工业上楼项目施工效率与质量提供理论依据与实践参考。
This study focuses on the key construction technologies under the rapid construction system of industrial buildings moving upwards.It expounds the efficient preparation and precise installation technologies of prestressed concrete beams in industrialized construction,discusses the manufacturing precision control and concrete pouring process of steel pipe concrete columns and their guarantee role for the overall structural performance,and analyzes the key construction points of the connection nodes between the two.The research results provide technical support for the rapid construction of this system,aiming to provide theoretical evidence and practical references for improving the construction efficiency and quality of industrial building moving upwards projects.
