铁路特大斜拉桥主桥主塔承台大体积混凝土施工技术研究

摘要 裂缝是大体积混凝土施工中常见的质量问题,对工程质量有着一定程度的影响。为确保铁路特大斜拉桥主桥主塔大体积混凝土承台的施工质量,以某工程案例为背景,针对大体积混凝土水化热热性,通过严格控制大体积混凝土的原材料、混凝土内外温差、混凝土浇筑养护及测温监控等主要技术手段,有效控制了裂缝的产生,实现了大体积混凝土施工质量控制,保证工程施工顺利进行。研究的裂缝控制技术措施对铁路大跨度斜拉桥索塔大体积混凝土承台施工具有一定的指导意义,可为类似工程提供借鉴。 Crack is a common quality problem in mass concrete construction,has a certain degree of impact on the quality of the project.In order to ensure the construction quality of the mass concrete bearing platform of the main tower of the main bridge of a railway extra-large cable-stayed bridge,this paper takes an engineering case as an example,aiming at the heat of hydration of mass concrete,by strictly controlling the raw materials of mass concrete,the temperature difference between inside and outside of concrete,concrete pouring maintenance and thermometry monitoring and other main technical means,The cracks are effectively controlled,the quality control of mass concrete construction is realized,and the smooth construction of the project is guaranteed.The crack control technical measures have certain guiding significance for the construction of mass concrete bearing platform of the tower of railway long-span cable-stayed bridge,and it can provide reference for similar projects.
