摘要
本文通过实际工程项目,总结出电缆桥架穿楼板免留洞安装施工方法,该方法设计制作一种桥架免留洞预埋直通,预埋直通在楼板混凝土浇筑前定位预埋。在安装电缆桥架时将预埋直通作为“直接”,电缆桥架与之上下连接为一体,避免了传统工艺洞口模具制作、预留以及后续拆除、封堵洞口等工序,技术先进,安全适用,工序简洁,效益显著,具有良好的推广应用价值。
Through the actual project,this paper summarizes the installation and construction method of cable bridge through the floor without leaving holes.This method designs and produces a bridge hole-free embedment straight through,which is positioned and embedded before the concrete pouring of the floor.In the installation of cable tray,the embedded straight through is taken was"direct",and the cable tray was connected up and down as one,avoiding the traditional process of mold making,reservation and subsequent demolition,sealing of the hole and other processes.This method is technologically advanced,safe and applicable,with a simple process and significant benefits,and has good promotion and application value.
