某水果仓库安全鉴定与加固研究

摘要 本文以某水果仓库为研究对象,针对其功能变更及结构安全性需求开展安全鉴定与加固研究。本文通过现场勘察、回弹法混凝土强度检测、磁感探测法钢筋配置复核及结构验算等方法,发现该建筑存在框架柱与框架梁混凝土强度部分不足、钢筋锈胀导致混凝土保护层开裂脱落、箍筋加密区间距超限等问题,部分构件抗震承载力不满足规范要求。针对上述问题,采用增大截面法、粘钢加固法及粘贴碳纤维布等技术进行加固处理,并开展二次鉴定。结果表明:加固后建筑主体结构安全性等级评定为第二等级Bu级,地基基础、上部承重结构及围护系统承重部分安全性均符合相关标准;框架柱、梁、剪力墙及楼板抗震承载力满足规范要求,结构整体牢固性及侧向位移指标均符合规定。研究结果为同类既有建筑功能变更与加固设计提供技术参考。 This paper focuses on a safety appraisal and reinforcement study for a fruit warehouse,addressing its functional transformation and structural safety requirements.Through on-site inspection,rebound method for concrete strength testing,magnetic induction detection method for steel reinforcement configuration verification,and structural calculation,this article found that including insufficient concrete strength in some frame columns and beams,cracking and peeling of concrete cover due to steel corrosion expansion,and excessive spacing in stirrup densification zones,with the seismic bearing capacity of certain components failing to meet code requirements.To address these problems,reinforcement techniques such as the section enlargement method,steel plate adhesion,and carbon fiber cloth pasting were applied,followed by a secondary appraisal.The results show that the safety grade of the main structure after reinforcement was rated as Grade Bu,with the safety of the foundation,upper loadbearing structure,and load-bearing parts of the enclosure system all complying with relevant standards.The seismic bearing capacity of frame columns,beams,shear walls,and floor slabs meets code requirements,and indicators for overall structural integrity and lateral displacement are within specified limits.The findings provide a technical reference for the functional transformation and reinforcement design of similar existing buildings.
