摘要
胶凝材料水化热是造成大体积混凝土产生温度裂缝的根本原因。本文采用等温量热仪测定了掺粉煤灰、矿粉等矿物掺合料的复合胶凝体系在20℃、40℃和60℃时的水化放热速率和放热量,分析了胶凝材料组成在不同环境温度下的水化特性。结果表明:常温下,矿物掺合料会延缓水化反应,降低总放热量;高温会加速胶凝材料的水化反应,矿物掺合料依旧可以延缓胶凝材料水化,且粉煤灰的延缓效果优于矿粉。
The hydration heat of cementitious materials is the fundamental cause of temperature cracks in mass concrete.This article uses an isothermal calorimeter to measure the hydration heat release rate and heat release of a composite cementitious system with mineral admixtures such as fly ash and mineral powder at 20℃,40℃and 60℃,and analyzes the hydration characteristics of the cementitious material composition at different environmental temperatures.The results show that at ordinary temperature,mineral admixtures can delay the hydration reaction and reduce the total heat release;High temperature can accelerate the hydration reaction of cementitious materials,while mineral admixtures can still delay the hydration of cementitious materials,and the delay effect of fly ash is better than that of mineral powder.
