摘要
企业数字化转型通过重塑投资机会识别模式、改变投资项目评估方法及优化决策流程,显著影响了企业的投资决策。在融资方面,数字化转型催生了新兴融资渠道,影响了融资规模与资本结构,并改变了融资成本。基于此,本文提出以下应对策略:企业制定数字化战略规划,加强数字化人才培养;政府与监管机构要出台相关政策鼓励企业数字化转型,并引导健康投融资行为,加强对数字金融等新兴领域的监管,确保投融资市场稳定运行。
Enterprise digital transformation significantly influences investment decision-making by reshaping the identifi cation of investment opportunities,altering investment project evaluation methods,and optimizing decision-making processes.In terms of financing,digital transformation has fostered emerging financing channels,affecting financing scale and capital structure,while also changing fi nancing costs.Based on these insights,this paper proposes the following strategies:enterprises should formulate digital strategy plans and strengthen the cultivation of digital talent;governments and regulatory authorities should implement relevant policies to encourage digital transformation,guide healthy investment and fi nancing behaviors,and enhance supervision of emerging fi elds such as digital fi nance to ensure the stable operation of investment and fi nancing markets.
