摘要
本文基于2012—2022年中国内地30个省(区、市)的面板数据,采用熵值法估算中国省级层面的数字经济发展水平以及制造业产业结构升级程度,通过建立中介效应模型,对数字经济、碳排放强度与制造业产业结构升级之间的关系进行实证研究。结果表明:第一,数字经济能显著促进制造业产业结构高级化发展,经过稳健性检验后该结论仍显著成立;第二,数字经济的去碳效用是影响制造业结构升级发展的重要传递机制。基于此,本文提出落实数字基础设施建设、积极应对去碳化的影响及缓解“数字工匠”需求等针对性建议,以推动制造业产业结构实现转型升级。
Based on panel data from 30 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)in Chinese Mainland for the period 2012-2022,this study adopts the entropy method to estimate the level of digital economy and the degree of the manufacturing industry structure upgrading at the provincial level in China,and builds a mediation eff ect model to empirically test the relationship between digital economy,carbon intensity and manufacturing structure upgrading.The results show that:(1)the digital economy can signifi cantly contribute to the advancement of the manufacturing industry structure,and this conclusion remains robust after testing;(2)the decarbonization effect of the digital economy is an important mediating mechanism affecting the modernization of the production structure.Based on these findings,this paper proposes strengthening the construction of digital infrastructure,actively addressing the impacts of decarbonization,and alleviating the shortage of“digital artisans”,in order to drive the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry structure.
