摘要
针对传统道路养护技术耐久性差、效率低的问题,本研究提出一种基于材料与施工协同优化的高性能环保型超薄磨耗层(GET)技术。技术核心在于:材料上,研发了高黏高弹改性沥青(60℃动力粘度达192Pa·s),并通过多级配优化确定4.50%的最佳油石比;施工上,采用智能温控同步摊铺技术,保证了高质量的压实和接缝。工程应用表明,该技术不仅将施工效率提升100%以上,其铺设的磨耗层更具有“薄、久、抗滑、平顺、低噪”等优点,在降低养护成本、提升经济与环境效益方面效果显著。
In response to the problems of poor durability and low efficiency of traditional road maintenance techniques,this study proposes a high-performance and environmentally friendly ultra-thin wear layer(GET)technology based on material and construction collaborative optimization.The technical core lies in the development of high viscosity and high elasticity modified asphalt(with a dynamic viscosity of 192Pa·s at 60℃)in terms of materials,and the determination of the optimal oil stone ratio of 4.50%through multi-stage optimization.In construction,intelligent temperature control synchronous paving technology is adopted to ensure high-quality compaction and joints.Engineering applications have shown that this technology not only improves construction efficiency by more than 100%,but also has the advantages of"thin,long-lasting,anti-skid,smooth,and low-noise"in the laid wear layer.It has significant effects in reducing maintenance costs and improving economic and environmental benefits.
