单机容量最大循环硫化床锅炉管式湿式静电除尘器关键问题分析

摘要 燃煤电厂排放大量的有害物质,对生态环境、人体健康、电力生产等带来多重危害。平朔2×660MW低热值煤发电项目是当前单机容量最大的燃用高硫低热值煤的循环流化床锅炉,也是山西省重点绿色环保工程。本文从整个项目设计、采购、施工等基本建设实施过程中,总结并系统阐述了本项目湿式电除尘系统的工艺参数、效率、废水排放、防止结垢、控制系统等7个方面的关键问题分析和对策,从而达到对大型循环流化床锅炉配套的湿式电除尘系统的全部认识和了解。 Coal-fired power plants emit a large number of harmful substances,which bring multiple hazards to the ecological environment,human health and power production.Pingshuo 2×660MW low calorific value coal power generation project is the largest single capacity of circulating fluidized bed boiler burning high sulfur and low calorific value coal,and is also a key green environmental protection project in Shanxi Province.From the whole project design,procurement,construction and other basic construction implementation process,this paper summarizes and systematically describes the project's wet electric dust removal system in 7 aspects of the process parameters,efficiency,waste water discharge,scale prevention,control system and other key problems analysis and countermeasures,so as to achieve a complete understanding of the large-scale circulating fluidized bed boiler supporting wet electric dust removal system and understanding.
