摘要
面对土地资源约束问题,秉持可持续发展目标,钢结构建筑凭借其工业化、轻量化与可循环的优势,正成为常州城市空间立体化与功能复合化拓展的核心载体。本研究总结了现阶段钢结构技术发展现状,分析常州城市空间发展需求。结合常州钢结构应用与产业现状,系统讨论了钢结构技术在常州未来城市空间拓展中的战略价值与应用路径。研究表明,钢结构凭借其轻质高强、施工高效、绿色低碳和空间灵活等优势,能够有效应对常州城市发展中面临的土地资源约束、产业空间需求和低碳发展目标三重挑战。通过空间布局优化、产业技术创新和政策标准支撑三方面策略,钢结构技术可成为常州实现国土空间规划目标的关键支撑,同时有望帮助常州率先建成集约高效、弹性适应、零碳环保的长三角中轴枢纽城市。
Facing the constraints of land resources and adhering to the goal of sustainable development,steel structure buildings,with their advantages of industrialization,lightweight and recyclability,are becoming the core carriers for the three-dimensional expansion of urban space and the functional diversification in Changzhou.This study summarizes the current development status of steel structure technology and analyzes the spatial development needs of Changzhou city.Based on the application and industrial status of steel structures in Changzhou,this paper systematically discusses the strategic value and application paths of steel structure technology in the future urban space expansion of Changzhou.Studies have shown that steel structures,with their advantages of light weight,high strength,efficient construction,green and low-carbon characteristics,as well as flexible space utilization,can effectively address the three challenges faced by the urban development of Changzhou:land resource constraints,industrial space demands,and the goal of low-carbon development.Through strategies of optimizing spatial layout,promoting industrial technological innovation,and providing policy and standard support,steel structure technology can become a key support for Changzhou to achieve its territorial spatial planning goals.At the same time,it is expected to help Changzhou become the first among the Yangtze River Delta cities to build a hub city with intensive efficiency,flexible adaptability,zero carbon emissions,and environmental protection.
