摘要
近年来,我们国家的经济和社会发展水平比过去有了很大的提高。与此同时,测绘市场也从过去的计划经济模式转变为以市场为导向的经营模式。在目前的建设项目中,测绘工作已经成为一个不可或缺的组成部分,在此基础上进行造价管理工作,将对项目成本管理质量产生重大影响。论文分析了测绘项目成本管理的现状,揭示了项目管理中存在的问题,从建立专业成本管理、成立咨询委员会以确定责任人、确定统一的成本管理标准等方面进行优化并提出了合理性建议,结果对我国完善测绘行业标准有参考意义。
In recent years,the level of economic and social development in China has greatly improved compared to the past.At the same time,the surveying and mapping market has also shifted from a planned economy model to a market-oriented business model.In current construction projects,surveying and mapping work has become an indispensable component.Based on this,cost management work will have a significant impact on the quality of project cost management.The paper analyzes the current situation of cost management in surveying and mapping projects,reveals the problems existing in project management,optimizes and proposes reasonable suggestions from the aspects of establishing professional cost management,establishing consulting committees to determine responsible persons,and determining unified cost management standards.The results have reference significance for improving the standards of the surveying and mapping industry in China.
