摘要
随着公路工程规模的不断扩大,其总投资额逐年攀升,因此,对成本的有效管理已成为不可忽视的关键因素。尤其在项目建设过程中,成本控制直接关乎项目的质量和经济效益。为此,本文深入分析了建设项目成本管理的理论、意义及现存问题,并提出了一种新的解决思路,即构建一套行之有效的管理体系。
With the continuous expansion of highway engineering scale,the total investment has been increasing year by year.Therefore,effective cost management has become a key factor that cannot be ignored.Especially in the process of project construction,cost control is directly related to the quality and economic benefits of the project.Therefore,this article deeply analyzes the theory,significance,and existing problems of construction project cost management,and proposes a new solution,which is to build an effective management system.
