摘要
为提高大学生的机器人技术应用及实践创新能力,研制了一套全自动搬运机械手实验教学平台,并配套设计了由基础认知、工程应用到综合创新的逐阶递进的实践教学内容。该平台能够根据预设路径及位置要求高效完成物料搬运等作业任务,在拓宽学生视野、增强实践能力和提升综合素质等方面效果明显,已在“智能机电系统设计与开发”项目制课程和科创竞赛中发挥了重要的支撑和助力作用,为机器人技术在工程实践教育教学中的应用提供了借鉴范例和实践基础。
In order to improve the application of robot technology and practical innovation ability of college students,an experimental teaching platform of automatic handling manipulator is developed.A series of progressive practical teaching contents covering basic cognition,engineering application and comprehensive innovation are developed.The platform can efficiently complete the tasks such as material handling according to the preset path and position requirements.It has obvious effects in broadening students’horizons,enhancing their practical ability and improving their comprehensive quality.It plays an important supporting and assisting role in the project-based curriculum“Intelligent Electromechanical System Design and Development”and scientific innovation competition.It provides a reference example and practical basis for the application of robot technology in engineering practice education and teaching.
