基于COMSOL的磁悬浮球系统联合仿真设计与分析

摘要 为研究外部扰动对磁悬浮系统的影响,对混合悬浮系统进行了4种典型悬浮控制算法的联合仿真。在COMSOL仿真环境建立混合磁悬浮系统模型,在Simulink仿真环境设计常规PID、模糊PID、级联PID和多模态PID 4种控制算法,并通过COMSOL与Simulink联合实现软件之间的数据交互。结果表明,在面对不确定扰动因素时,采用动态参数变换的控制策略表现最佳;在复杂工况下,其余3种PID控制的稳定性均显著优于常规PID。该联合仿真平台为未来磁悬浮系统的控制策略优化及解耦控制研究提供了重要支撑。 The study aimed to the state influence of the magnetic levitation system under external disturbances,a joint simulation experiment of four typical levitation control algorithms on the hybrid levitation system was carried out.Firstly,a hybrid magnetic levitation system model was established based on the COMSOL simulation environment.Secondly,four PID control algorithms,namely conventional,fuzzy,cascading and multimodal,were designed based on the Simulink environment,and the data interaction between the software was realized through the joint efforts of COMSOL and Simulink.The results show that all four control algorithms can achieve the control effect.When facing uncertain disturbance factors,the control strategy based on dynamic parameter transformation performs superior.Under complex working conditions,the stability of the other three PID controls is significantly improved compared with the conventional PID control,solving the problem of poor stability of the conventional PID control.This joint simulation platform provides an important simulation verification platform for the research on the optimization of control strategies and decoupling control of future maglev systems.
