摘要
传统的流式细胞术相关课程往往忽视样本前处理环节的教学。为使学生全面地掌握流式细胞术,在“鱼类生理与研究技术”和“细胞生物学”课程现有的流式教学模块的基础上,新增了关于组织解离制备单细胞悬液的样本前处理知识讲解与实践操作环节。该改进完善了教学内容,构建了完整的知识体系。通过系统掌握全流程实验技术,有效提高了实验效率与数据质量,使学生能够独立开展相关实验。这一举措对培养学生的科研创新思维和解决实际问题的能力具有积极作用。
Courses related to traditional flow cytometry often overlook the teaching of sample preparation for flow cytometry.To enable students to have a comprehensive grasp of flow cytometry,we added knowledge and practical operation modules on sample preprocessing,specifically the dissociation of tissues into single-cell suspensions,to the existing flow cytometry teaching modules in the courses of Fish Physiology and Research Techniques and Cell Biology.This improves the teaching content and builds a complete knowledge system.By popularizing the experimental skills of the whole process,the experimental efficiency and data quality are improved,so that students can carry out relevant experiments independently.It plays a positive role in cultivating innovative thinking and solving practical problems.
