梁端悬臂装配节点塑性耗能

摘要 为提高装配效率和耗能能力,提出一种梁端悬臂装配节点。通过试验、有限元模拟,分析了该节点的耗能能力,并与现浇节点进行了对比。结果表明,对于梁端悬臂装配节点,其耗能能力主要取决于型钢和梁段钢筋塑性变形;悬臂梁段的设置成功实现了塑性铰的转移。梁端悬臂装配节点是通过型钢对混凝土的挤压作用完成力的传递,因此需增大梁段钢筋直径或提高强度等级,以避免节点发生剪切破坏。梁端悬臂装配节点整体耗能能力低于现浇节点,建议通过改进型钢与混凝土间的黏结性并调节两者截面强度关系来提升其耗能能力。 In order to improve the assembly efficiency and energy-consuming capacity,a beam end cantilever assembly node is proposed.The energy-consuming capacity of the node is analyzed by using tests and finite element simulation,and comparing with cast-in-place nodes.The results show that the energy-consuming capacity of the beam end cantilever assembly node mainly relies on the plastic deformation of the steel sections and beam reinforcement,and the setting of the cantilever beam section realizes the transfer of the plastic hinge.The girder end cantilever assembly node is to complete the force transfer through the extrusion of the steel section on the concrete,which is easy to cause node shear damage and affect the plastic energy consumption.It is also proposed to increase the diameter or strength grade of the beam section reinforcement to avoid it.The overall energy consumption capacity of the girder end cantilever assembly node is lower than that of the cast-in-place node.It is suggested to improve the energy consumption capacity by improving the adhesion between the steel section and the concrete,and adjusting the relationship between the two cross-section strengths to improve the energy consumption capacity.
