立井地面注浆段高RQD值及与围岩透水性和注浆量的关联性研究

Study on the RQD value of the height of the ground grouting section of vertical shaft and its correlation with surrounding rock permeability and grouting volume

摘要 为构建预测精准的预估注浆量模型,以高烽磷矿为研究对象,基于注浆段长和钻孔取芯获取的RQD,提出了一种计算注浆段段高RQD新方法,并通过吕荣试验和帷幕注浆试验,对段高RQD与围岩透水性、段高RQD与注浆量关联性进行了深入研究。通过注浆前后含水层涌水量分析、检查孔压水试验和破碎带岩芯裂隙微观检查等方法对注浆效果进行综合评价。研究结果表明:段高RQD存在明显的空间效应,同一钻孔不同深度的段高RQD值相差较大,在相近深度不同位置处,段高RQD亦表现出明显的差异性;帷幕孔透水率和渗透系数值与段高RQD相关性好,并得到了段高RQD与透水率的二次多项式及段高RQD与渗透系数的负指数拟合公式;注浆量值随段高RQD增加整体上减小,且其负指数拟合公式相关性较好;对帷幕区注浆效果进行检验,注入的浆液已达到帷幕堵水效果,说明在帷幕注浆工程中,利用段高RQD预估注浆量是可行的。 To establish a model for accurately predicting the grouting volume,with the Gaofeng Phos-phate Mine as the research object,a new method to calculate the rock quality designation(RQD)of the height of the grouting section was proposed based on the section length and the RQD acquired by drilling and coring.Then,the relationships between the section height RQD and the surrounding rock permeability and between the section height RQD and the grouting volume were investigated by Lugeon and curtain grouting tests.Moreover,the grouting effect was comprehensively evaluated through analysis on the water inflow of the aquifer before and after grouting,tests on the pore water pressure,and micro-scopic examination of core cracks in the fracture zone.The following results were yielded.The section height RQD is characterized with an obvious spatial effect.To be specific,its value differs notably both at different depths of the same borehole and at different positions of similar depths.The permeation rate and permeability coefficient of the curtain hole are well correlated with the section height RQD.In addition,a quadratic polynomial of section height RQD and permeability coefficient and a negative exponential fitting formula of section height RQD and permeability coefficient are obtained.The grouting volume decreases overall with the increase in the section height RQD,and their negative exponential fitting formula exhibits a good correlation.The grouting test in the curtain area shows that the injected slurry can achieve curtain water plugging.Such a result demonstrates that it is feasible to estimate the grouting volume through the section height RQD in curtain grouting projects.
