立德树人背景下土木工程专业“3324”课程思政体系多维度探索与实践

摘要 基于《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》的要求,从学科专业层面出发,对标土木工程专业教学质量国家标准、工程专业认证标准,构建了知识、能力、价值“3维目标贯通”,思政课、通识课、专业课“3类课程协同”;通过夯实校内、校外“2个育人课堂”,锻造形成思政教师+专业教师+校外兼职老师+班级辅导员多元协同“4个思政育人主体”的形式,多维度构建一个土木工程专业“3324”课程思政体系。旨在使各门课程同向而行,形成协同效应,以实现立德树人的根本任务。 Based on the requirements of the Guidelines for Ideological and Political Construction in Higher Education Courses,this study constructs a"3324"curriculum ideology and politics system for civil engineering from the disciplinary and professional perspectives,aligning with the National Standards for Teaching Quality in Civil Engineering and Engineering Education Certification Standards.The system features three-dimensional integration of knowledge,ability,and values;coordinated collaboration among ideological-political courses,general education courses,and specialized courses;reinforcement of on-campus and off-campus educational platforms;and the establishment of a synergistic mechanism involving four educational entities(ideological-political teachers,professional faculty,external adjunct instructors,and academic counselors).This multi-dimensional framework aims to unify all courses toward shared objectives,creating a synergistic effect to fulfill the fundamental mission of fostering virtue through education.
