摘要
以《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》为指导原则,开展电子信息工程专业课程思政教学团队建设,对促进思政教育与专业课程的深度融合、推动专业高质量建设有重要意义。根据电子信息工程专业的特色与优势,提出课程思政教学团队建设的策略,即强化课程思政育人主体意识,提高团队教师立德树人认知水平;提升教师课程思政育人能力,拓宽课程思政育人渠道;激发教学团队持续性动力,推动专业内涵建设深入发展。通过实施以上建设策略,以期建设高素质的专业课程思政教学团队,为更好地实现价值引领、能力培养和知识传授有机融合做好支撑。
Based on the guiding outline of ideological and political construction of courses in colleges and universities,the construction of ideological and political teaching team of electronic information engineering professional courses is of great significance to promote the deep integration of ideological and political education and professional courses and promote the high-quality construction of majors.According to the characteristics and advantages of the electronic information engineering specialty,this paper proposes strategies for the construction path of the ideological and political teaching team.Firstly,we should strengthen the awareness of the subject of ideological and political education in the curriculum,and improve the cognitive level of team teachers to cultivate morality.Secondly,we should improve teachers'ability of ideological and political education in curriculum,and broaden the channels of ideological and political education in curriculum.Thirdly,we should stimulate the continuous power of the teaching team and promote the in-depth development of professional connotation construction.Through the implementation of the above construction strategies,we hope to build a high-quality ideological and political teaching team for professional courses,and provide support for better realizing the organic integration of value guidance,ability cultivation and knowledge teaching.
