摘要
研究生学位论文质量是度量研究生培养质量的一个重要标准,受多方面因素的影响。该文基于当前研究生学位论文存在的问题,首先对影响其质量的主要因素:研究生自身条件、导师指导能力、学院监管因素、国家和学校政策以及学术氛围共五个方面进行归纳分析与总结。然后,利用相关调查数据构建结构方程模型,对其关键指标进行验证,并对模型结果进行详细的分析。最后,结合实验结果和现实情况,提出相应的研究生学位论文质量提升建议。
The quality of graduate thesis is an important criterion for measuring the quality of graduate education,which is influenced by various factors.Based on the problems existing in graduate theses,this paper firstly summarizes and analyzes the main factors that affect their quality in five aspects:graduate student's own conditions,mentor guidance ability,college regulatory factors,national and school policies,and academic atmosphere.Then,a structural equation model is constructed using relevant survey data to validate its key indicators,and a detailed analysis of the model results is conducted.Finally,based on the experimental results and the actual situation,corresponding suggestions for improving the quality of graduate thesis are proposed.
