摘要
在新时代人才强国战略背景下,大学生开始成为我国大众创业的生力军,有效提升大学生创业意向成为当前亟待解决的关键问题。该文探究不同类型的创业教育如何通过创业态度作用于创业意向,基于来自北京市9所高校427份有效问卷的数据分析,发现创业理论、实践、氛围教育显著影响大学生创业意向;创业内外生态度为创业教育与创业意向间的部分中介;创业政策显著正向调节创业教育对创业意向的影响。
Under the background of the talent power strategy in the new era,college students are beginning to become the main force of mass entrepreneurship in China,thus effectively enhancing college students'entrepreneurial intention has become a key issue that needs to be solved urgently.This paper explores how different types of entrepreneurship education affect entrepreneurial intention through entrepreneurial attitudes.Through the study of 427 valid questionnaires from nine universities in Beijing,the results found that:entrepreneurship theory,practice,and atmosphere education positively effects entrepreneurial intention of college students;entrepreneurial endogenous attitudes and exogenous attitudes partially mediate entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intention;entrepreneurship policies significantly and positively regulate the influence of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intention.
