摘要
专业学位研究生教育作为培养高层次应用型专门人才的主渠道,正面临着扩招背景下的培养能力与培养质量“双提升”困境。该文以西部“双一流”建设高校为例,从主观认识、生源质量、培养模式、导师队伍、平台条件和过程管理等维度全面分析专业学位研究生教育现状、问题及其成因,并围绕提升培养支撑能力、夯实人才培养基底、落实分类培养要求、提高实践指导能力、完善产教融合机制和健全质量保障体系等方面提出系列对策建议。为推动西部地区专业学位研究生培养模式改革和管理体系完善提供借鉴和参考。
As the primary channel for cultivating high-level applied professionals,professional degree graduate education is confronted with the dual challenges of enhancing both training capacity and quality amidst enrollment expansion.Taking"Double First-Class"universities in Western China as research subjects,this paper conducts a comprehensive analysis of the current status,existing issues,and contributing factors in professional degree graduate education from multiple dimensions including subjective perceptions,student quality,training models,faculty supervision,platform resources,and process management.The study proposes a series of countermeasures and suggestions focusing on:strengthening educational support capabilities,consolidating talent cultivation foundations,implementing categorized training requirements,enhancing practical instruction competencies,improving industry-education collaboration mechanisms,and optimizing quality assurance systems.The research outcomes aim to provide valuable references for advancing the reform of professional degree graduate training models and perfecting management systems in Western China.
