培养符合新时代生态文明建设需求的生态环境专业人才是生态环境领域教育工作者的重要课题。学生的实践能力决定着教育教学质量和人才培养的水平,是人才培养的重要环节。以习近平生态文明思想为根本遵循,强化思政育人与实践育人的有机结合,加强教学与科研的融合发展,贯通生产实践-社会实践-创新创业链条,构建协同育人体系,提高解决复杂生态环境工程问题的实践能力和创新能力,培养满足新时代需求的环境生态建设高素质人才。
In the realm of ecological environment,it is crucial for educators to undertake the crucial responsibility of cultivating professionals who possess the requisite skills and knowledge to effectively contribute to the development of ecological civilization in the new era.The development of students'practical skills is a crucial component of talent cultivation,as it directly influences the effectiveness of talent training.In accordance with the principles of Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization,it is imperative to enhance the synergistic integration of political education with practical education,bolster the cohesive development of teaching and scientific research,traverse the chain of production practice,social practice,and innovation and entrepreneurship,establish a collaborative educational framework,and enhance students'practical and innovative capacities in tackling intricate engineering challenges.
