摘要
流域水质达标是一个系统工程,其影响因素众多。以重庆盘溪河为例,其水质达标方案立足流域,围绕工程目标,坚持问题导向,以总体策略为指引,全面分析影响流域水系水质的要素,在总体方案比选明确的基础上,建立流域水文水质模型,确定水质达标方案主要工程规模,实现全流域的水污染防治、水资源保护、水生态修复、水景观提升和智慧水管理。该工程实施后成效显著,可为类似流域水质达标项目提供参考。
The standardization of watershed water quality is a systematic project with numerous influencing factors.Taking the Panxi River as an example,the water quality compliance plan based on the basin,centered on engineering goals,problem orientation,and guided by overall strategies.It comprehensively analyzes the factors that affect the water quality of the basin’s water system,establishes a hydrology and water quality model for the basin,determines the main scale of the water quality compliance plan,and achieves water pollution prevention and control,water resource protection,water ecological restoration,water landscape improvement,and smart water management for the entire basin.The implementation of the project has achieved significant results,which can provide a reference for similar water quality compliance projects of watershed.
