摘要
湖南省某污水处理厂现状设计规模为2.0×10^(4) m^(3)/d,出水水质执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级A标准,采用“预处理+BAF(反硝化滤池/硝化滤池)+紫外消毒”处理工艺。该污水处理厂在提标扩容工程中采用高效集约的“HPB技术耦合AAO工艺”确保出水水质稳定达标,通过“拆旧立新+利旧改造+分散建设+集约池型”的方式提高空间利用率,全厂提标扩容后总用地控制在1.762 hm^(2)(26.43亩)内,同时优化了建设施工时序和水力高程设计,实现了施工改造期间不停产、出水稳定达标运行,节省了提标扩容后污水二次提升电费。该工程具有节省投资、土地极度集约、出水稳定、运行成本低、抗冲击负荷强等优点。
A wastewater treatment plant(WWTP)in Hunan Province,with design scale of 2.0×10^(4) m^(3)/d,adopts the combined process of pretreatment,BAF(denitrification filter and nitrification filter)and ultraviolet disinfection to meet the first level A criteria in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002).The high‑efficiency and intensive HPB technology coupled with AAO process is adopted in the upgrading and expansion project of the WWTP to ensure stable and standard effluent.The space utilization rate is improved by demolishing the old and building the new,utilizing old ones for renovation,decentralized construction,and intensive pool type,thus the total land use after the upgrading and expansion of the WWTP is controlled within 1.762 hm^(2).At the same time,the construction schedule and hydraulic elevation design have been optimized,achieving uninterrupted production and stable effluent during the construction and renovation period,and reducing the electricity cost for secondary wastewater lifting after upgrading and expansion the capacity.The project has the advantages such as saving investment,extremely intensive land use,stable effluent,low operating costs,strong impact load resistance.
