地面产业开发的全地埋污水厂设计案例

摘要 宁波江北区下沉式再生水厂(一期)项目是采用“地下污水处理,地上产业开发”全新模式建造的污水处理系统,地下是污水处理厂,实现污水处理及再生水回用;地上是集生产制造、研发办公于一体的绿色低碳智造产业园。污水厂主体采用预处理+多段AO生化池+二沉池+高效沉淀池+反硝化深床滤池+消毒工艺,污泥处理采用离心脱水+低温干化工艺。为实现地下污水厂与地上产业园的融合,采用除臭、降噪、交通独立、再生资源利用等措施,打造了水环境治理与土地利用的综合体,为城市污水厂建设提供新的解决方案,可为类似项目提供参考。 The Jiangbei sinking reclaimed water treatment plant(phase I)project in Ningbo represents an innovative sewage treatment system developed under the“underground sewage treatment combined with above‑ground industrial development”model.The underground facility functions as a sewage treatment plant,focusing on wastewater treatment and reclaimed water reuse.Above ground,there is a green,low‑carbon intelligent manufacturing industrial park that integrates production,manufacturing,research and development,as well as office space.The primary treatment process of the sewage treatment plant consists of pretreatment,multi‑stage AO biochemical tank,secondary sedimentation tank,high‑efficiency sedimentation tank,denitrification filter,and disinfection.Sludge treatment involves centrifugal dewatering followed by low‑temperature drying.Multiple measures including deodorization,noise control,independent transportation system,and resource recycling were implemented to achieve the integration of the underground sewage treatment plant with the above‑ground industrial park.This has built a comprehensive system for water environment management and land use.Furthermore,it offers an innovative approach for the development of urban sewage treatment plant and serves as a valuable reference for analogous projects.
