基于病理形态学的人工智能技术在尘肺病合并结核诊断中的研究进展

Research progress of artificial intelligence technology based on pathological morphology in diagnosis of pneumoconiosis complicated with tuberculosis

摘要 职业性尘肺(pneumoconiosis)是由于在职业活动中长期接触和吸入生产性粉尘并在肺内潴留,导致以肺组织进行性、弥漫性纤维增生为主的全身性疾病。肺结核是由结核分枝杆菌(mycobacterium tuberculosis,MTB)感染引起的呼吸道传染性疾病,是尘肺病严重而较常见的合并症,也是尘肺病患者死亡率升高的原因之一。尘肺病合并肺结核的病理基础复杂,单纯依靠影像学检查容易误诊、漏诊。目前,人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI)技术已经运用到尘肺和肺结核医学影像学的辅助诊断中。本文概述了AI及组织病理形态学在尘肺合并肺结核诊治中的研究进展,旨在为尘肺病合并肺结核的精准诊治提供可靠依据。 Pneumoconiosis is a systemic disease mainly caused by progressive and diffuse fibrous hyperplasia of lung tissue due to long-term exposure and inhalation of productive dust in occupational activities and retention in the lung.Tuberculosis is a respiratory infectious disease caused by mycobacterium tuberculosis(MTB)infection.It is a serious and common complication of pneumoconiosis,and it is also one of the reasons for the increased mortality of pneumoconiosis patients.The pathological interplay of pneumoconiosis complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis is complex,and it is easy to be misdiagnosed and missed diagnosed by exclusively on radiological findings.At present,artificial intelligence(AI)technology has been applied to the auxiliary diagnosis of medical imaging for pneumoconiosis and tuberculosis.This article summarizes the research progress of AI and histopathological morphology in the diagnosis and treatment of pneumoconiosis complicated with tuberculosis,aiming to provide a reliable basis for the accurate diagnosis and treatment of pneumoconiosis combined with tuberculosis.
