摘要
通过分析我国中毒救治和信息化建设现状,探讨构建基于人工智能(AI)的中毒救治临床决策支持系统(CDSS)的必要性与方法,以提升中毒救治成功率和中毒患者生存质量。分析我国中毒救治特别是信息化建设中面临的问题,阐述基于人工智能的中毒救治临床决策支持系统的构建方法,以及所具备的四大核心功能。基于人工智能的中毒救治临床决策支持系统可通过整合中毒相关数据库、救治策略及患者实时监测数据,运用自然语言处理、知识图谱及机器学习算法实现毒物精准识别与中毒程度分级;系统嵌入诊疗全流程,通过标准化方案推荐、个性化调整解毒剂和药物剂量、多学科协作等方式,有效缩短临床决策时间,优化救治流程,提高救治效率。中毒救治临床决策支持系统可以有效改善实际工作中存在的问题,并具有广阔的发展前景。
By analyzing the current situation of poisoning treatment and informatization construction in China,this paper explores the necessity and methods of constructing a clinical decision support system(CDSS)for poisoning treatment based on artificial intelligence(AI),aiming to improve treatment success rates and the quality of life of poisoning patients.Analysis the poisoning treatment,especially in the construction of informatization,and expounds the construction method of CDSS for poisoning treatment based on AI and its four core functions.The CDSS for poisoning treatment based on AI can integrate poisoning related databases,treatment strategies,and real-time monitoring data of patients,and use natural language processing(NLP),knowledge graphs and machine learning algorithms to achieve accurate identification of poisons and classification of poisoning degree.The system is embedded in the whole process of diagnostic and treatment,which effectively shortens the decision-making time,optimizes the treatment process,and improves the treatment efficiency by means of standardized plan recommendation,personalized adjustment of antidote and drug dose,and multidisciplinary collaboration.The CDSS for poisoning treatment can effectively address existing chanllenges in practice work,and has broad development prospects.
