摘要
蘑菇中毒是我国重大公共卫生问题之一,毒蘑菇防控是减少蘑菇中毒事件发生和降低中毒病死率的关键干预措施。具体防控措施包括毒蘑菇物种鉴定、临床诊疗标准化、地方卫生资源管理以及分级诊疗制度建立。我国南、北方地区的蘑菇中毒防控水平存在较大差异,应加大对北方地区高危毒蘑菇的物种多样性及其分布特点的研究力度。
Mushroom poisoning is a significant public health concern in China.The prevention and control of poisonous mushrooms is a crucial intervention measure to reduce the occurrence of mushroom poisoning incidents and lower the case fatality rate of poisoning.The prevention and control of poisonous mushrooms require attention to the identification of poisonous mushroom species,the standardization of clinical diagnosis and treatment,the management of local health resources,and the establishment of a hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system.There are significant differences in the research levels of poisonous mushrooms between southern and northern regions in China.It is necessary to strengthen the research on the species diversity and distribution characteristics of high-risk poisonous mushrooms in northern regions.
