摘要
王小荣副教授基于小儿生理病理特点,秉承“万物之生由乎阳,万物之死亦由乎阳”理念,认为小儿正值生长,疾病多由体内阳气亏虚所致,故在临证时多从温补阳气着手,顾护正气,疗效显著。列举小儿腹痛、小儿抽动障碍、小儿感冒、小儿特应性皮炎4则医案,为临床从阳论治儿科疾病提供参考。
Based on the physiological and pathological characteristics of children,Associate Professor WANG Xiaorong adheres to the concept that"the life of all things depends on yang,and their death also stems from yang."He believes that children are in a stage of growth and development,and their diseases are often caused by yang deficiency.Therefore,in clinical practice,he emphasizes warming and supplementing yang qi to protect vital energy,achieving remarkable therapeutic effects.This article presents four pediatric cases——infantile abdominal pain,tic disorder,common cold,and atopic dermatitis——as clinical references for treating pediatric diseases from the perspective of yang regulation.
