潜能未定克隆性造血对心肾代谢综合征的作用研究进展

摘要 心肾代谢(cardiovascular-kidney-metabolic,CKM)综合征指由于代谢异常、慢性肾脏病和心血管疾病的病理生理过程相互作用所导致的全身性疾病。该综合征会引发多器官功能障碍,并增加不良心血管事件的发生。潜能未定克隆性造血(clonal hematopoiesis of indeterminate potential,CHIP)是指造血细胞中发生致病性克隆性体细胞突变,但不形成血液系统恶性肿瘤。研究表明,CHIP与多种衰老相关疾病有关,是CKM综合征新的潜在危险因素。通过综述基于人群的CHIP与CKM综合征的关联研究及其作用机制,以期提高对CHIP的理解,促进CKM综合征的预防和管理。 Cardiovascular-kidney-metabolic(CKM)syndrome is a systemic disorder resulting from the complex interplay of metabolic risk factors,chronic kidney disease,and cardiovascular disease.CKM syndrome can lead to multiorgan dysfunction and increase the risk of adverse cardiovascular events.Clonal hematopoiesis of indeterminate potential(CHIP)refers to pathogenic clonal somatic mutations in hematopoietic cells without hematologic malignancies.Studies has demonstrated that CHIP is associated with various age-related diseases and may be a novel potential risk factor of CKM syndrome.This review summarizes the progress of population-based association studies and the possible mechanism of CHIP with CKM syndrome to improve the understanding of CHIP and promote the prevention and management of CKM syndrome.
