摘要
目的:观察甘露消毒丹加味治疗儿童EB病毒感染的临床疗效。方法:将80例EB病毒感染患儿依据随机数字表法分为两组各40例。对照组予阿昔洛韦注射液治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予甘露消毒丹加味治疗。比较两组总有效率、临床症状改善时间、免疫功能改善情况。结果:对照组与治疗组总有效率分别为77.50%、95.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);治疗后治疗组临床症状改善时间、免疫指标水平(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+)均优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论:采用甘露消毒丹加味治疗EB病毒患儿,可明显改善其临床症状,增强机体免疫功能。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Ganlu Xiaodu pills on EB virus infection in children.Methods:80 cases of children patients with EB virus infection were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aciclovir injection,while the treatment group was treated plus with modified Ganlu Xiaodu pills on the basis of control group.Total effective rate,improving time of clinical symptoms and improvement of immune function were compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 95.00%,while that of control group was 77.50%,and the comparative difference between two groups was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Improving time of clinical symptoms and level of immune indexes(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+)of treatment group were better than those of control group after treatment(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Modified Ganlu Xiaodu pills for treating EB virus infection in children can obviously improve their clinical symptoms and enhance immune function of body.
