摘要
目的:观察益气温阳活血利水汤联合新活素治疗心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:选取符合纳入标准的心力衰竭患者100例,随机分为两组各50例。对照组予新活素治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予益气温阳活血利水汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后的心功能分级评价、心脏彩超指标(左心室舒张末期内径LVEDD、左心室收缩末期内径LVESD和左心室射血分数LVEF)、脑钠肽(BNP)水平、6分钟步行试验(6MWT)。两组均治疗两周。结果:治疗组总有效率96.00%,对照组总有效率80.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。治疗后,两组LVEDD、LVESD、BNP水平均降低,且治疗组降幅更明显(P﹤0.05),LVEF、6MWT水平均升高,且治疗组升幅更明显(P﹤0.05)。结论:益气温阳活血利水汤联合新活素治疗心力衰竭疗效较好,能够改善患者心功能,减轻炎症反应。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Wenyang Huoxue Lishui decoction and lyophilized recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide on heart failure.Methods:100 cases of eligible patients with heart failure were selected and randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with lyophilized recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide,while the treatment group was treated plus with Yiqi Wenyang Huoxue Lishui decoction on the basis of control group.Both groups were treated for two weeks.The following indexes were compared between two groups before and after treatment,such as clinical efficacy,New York Heart Association functional class,ultrasonic cardiogram indexes(left ventricular end-diastolic diameter LVEDD,left ventricular end-systolic diameter LVESD and left ventricular ejection fraction LVEF),brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)level and 6-minute walking test(6MWT).Results:The total effective rate was 96.00%in the treatment group and 80.00%in the control group respectively,and the comparative difference between two groups was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).In both groups after treatment:the levels of LVEDD,LVESD and BNP were decreased,and the decrement of treatment group was more obvious(P﹤0.05);while the levels of LVEF and 6MWT were increased,and the increment of treatment group was more obvious(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Yiqi Wenyang Huoxue Lishui decoction and lyophilized recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide on heart failure is better,which can improve the cardiac function of patients and reduce inflammatory reaction.
