Shi-tomasi角点检测算法在高压断路器机械特性测试中的应用

摘要 操作机构的机械特性测试可以有效诊断高压断路器的机械故障,常用的机械特性测试方法有安装直线位移传感器和角度传感器两种。这两种传感器都需要固定安装在操作机构上,不同断路器可能需要不同的工装和传感器,通用性差,并且固定安装可能会增加机械故障发生的概率。目前,利用非接触式的图像识别方法,测试高压断路器的机械行程受到研究人员的广泛关注。文中介绍了一种非接触式测量方法,在高压断路器操作机构活动拉杆位置贴具有反光功能的对角扇形标识物,利用高速相机拍摄高压断路器动作过程中标识物,采用Shi-tomasi角点检测方法,识别每张图像中扇形标识物中心点坐标,对物理距离和像素距离进行标定,从而获得触头运动坐标点集,绘制触头运动曲线。结果证明,与圆形标识物图像识别方法相比,本研究方法简单高效,结果可靠。与传统传感器相比,该方法得到的机械行程曲线更加光滑,并且真实反应了操作机构的机械特性。具有推广应用于断路器在线监测和停电检修中机械特性测试的良好前景。 The mechanical characteristic test of operating mechanism can effectively diagnose the mechanical faults of high-voltage circuit breaker.The commonly used mechanical characteristic testing methods include such types as installation of linear displacement sensors and angle sensors.Both types of the sensors need to be firmly installed on the operating mechanism,and different circuit breakers may require different fixtures and sensors,resulting in weak universality.Moreover,fixed installation may increase the probability of mechanical failure.At present,the use of non-contact image recognition methods to test the mechanical stroke of high-voltage circuit breakers has received wide-spread attention from researchers.In this paper a non-contact measurement method is introduced.The diagonal sec-tor markers with reflective function are pasted at the position of the movable pulling rof of operating mechanism of high-voltage circuit breaker.The markers are captured by a high-speed camera during the operation process of the high-voltage circuit breaker.The Shi-tomasi corner detection method is used to identify the center point coordinates of the sector markers in each image,calibrate the physical distance and pixel distance,thus obtaining a set of contact movement coordinate points and drawing the contact movement curve.The results show that compared with the circu-lar marker image recognition method,this research method is simple,efficient with reliable result.Compared with tra-ditional sensors,the mechanical travel curve obtained by this method is smoother and truly reflects the mechanical characteristics of the operating mechanism.This method has a good prospect for promoting the application of mechan-ical characteristic test in online monitoring outage maintenance of circuit breaker.
