高压直流输电工程测量系统可靠性提升研究

摘要 有源电子式直流测量系统作为高压直流输电工程中换流站计量、监视及控制保护的核心设备,其可靠性直接影响整个输电系统的安全稳定运行。以该系统为研究对象,通过分析其结构组成与工作原理,明确合并单元、多模光纤回路及远端模块的协同工作机制,重点探究系统运行中的典型故障类型及成因。研究发现,合并单元失效多源于半导体激光器内部缺陷、端面污染及静电干扰,远端模块故障与光电池性能退化、电路零漂及焊接问题相关,光纤回路失效则主要由法兰匹配不良和损耗增加导致。基于光电子器件可靠性测试与加速寿命实验结果,提出关键器件选型标准,包括半导体激光器的输出功率、工作波长及温湿度适应性,光电池的光电转换效率、光谱响应范围等参数,并从现场施工环境管控(防静电、温湿度调节、防污染)与运行维护优化(定期检测、冗余配置、光路校准)两方面制定改进措施。实践表明,上述策略可显著降低系统故障发生率,为提升有源电子式直流测量系统的运行稳定性提供技术支撑,对保障高压直流输电工程的可靠运行具有重要应用价值。 The active electronic DC measurement system is the core device for metering,monitoring,and control protection in converter stations of high-voltage direct current(HVDC)transmission projects,and its reliability directly affects the safe and stable operation of the entire transmission system.Taking this system as the research object,this paper analyzes its structural composition and working principle,and clarifies the collaborative working mechanism of the merged unit,multimode optical fiber loop and remote module,with the focus on exploring the typical fault types and causes during the system operation.The research has found that the failure of the merged unit is mostly due to internal defects of the semiconductor laser,end face contamination and electrostatic interference,that the failure of the remote module is related to the performance degradation of the photovoltaic cell,circuit zero drift and welding problems,and that the failure of the optical fiber loop is mainly caused by poor flange matching and increased loss.Based on the results of reliability tests and accelerated life experiments of optoelectronic devices,the paper proposes the selection criteria for key components,including parameters such as output power,operating wavelength,and temperature-humidity adaptability of semiconductor lasers,as well as photoelectric conversion efficiency and spectral response range of photovoltaic cells,and also holds that improvement measures should be formulated from two aspects:on-site management and control of construction environment(anti-static,temperature-humidity regulation,anti-pollution)and operation and maintenance optimization(regular inspection,redundant configuration,optical path calibration).Practice shows that the above-mentioned strategies can significantly reduce the incidence of system faults,and provide technical support for improving the operational stability of the active electronic DC measurement system,thus having important application value in ensuring the reliable operation of HVDC transmission projects.
