摘要
以水泥为胶结料、全断面隧道掘进机(TBM)法施工过程中产生的石屑为骨料,生产了混凝土实心砖,研究了水泥掺量(10%、12%、14%、16%)、水灰比(0.8、0.9、1.0)和成型压力(0、3.6、5.2、8.8 MPa)对混凝土实心砖力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着水泥掺量、水灰比、成型压力的增大,混凝土实心砖的抗压、抗折强度均增大。
Solid concrete bricks were produced by using cement as the binder,and stone chips generated during the construction process of tunnel boring machine(TBM)method as the aggregates.The effects of cement content(10%,12%,14%,16%),water-cement ratio(0.8,0.9,1.0),and forming pressure(0,3.6,5.2,8.8 MPa)on the mechanical properties of solid concrete bricks were studied.The results show that with the increase of cement content,water-cement ratio,and forming pressure,the compressive strength and flexural strength of solid concrete bricks increase.
