Offshore drilling engineering technologies for ultra-large extended reach wells in China and their application

摘要 为满足南海东部恩平21-X边际油田的开发需求,设计并实施了超大位移井。针对超大位移井水平位移大、水垂比高,钻遇地层疏松且夹层多,导致井眼轨迹控制难度大、套管下入困难、井眼清洁差等技术挑战,通过理论研究和工程实践形成了超大位移井井眼轨迹设计及精细控制、钻井液体系优选、全漂浮及旋转下套管、连续循环等钻井关键技术体系。目前该技术成果已在恩平21-X油田2口超大位移井成功应用,2口井平均井深9054.5 m,其中EP21-X-A1H井完钻井深达9508 m,成为中国海上第一深井,创造了中国大位移井井深纪录和水平位移纪录。本文研究成果可为海上大位移井技术研究及应用提供参考。 To meet the development demand of Enping 21-X Marginal Oilfield in the eastern part of the South China Sea,ultra-large extended reach wells were designed and successfully implemented.The large horizontal displacement,high horizontal-vertical ratio,loose drilling formation,and many interlayers of ultralarge extended reach wells lead to high requirements for well trajectory control and difficulty in casing running and hole cleaning.To address these technical challenges,theoretical research and engineering practice were carried out,and a key technical system of ultra-large extended reach wells was formed,including well trajectory design and fine control,drilling fluid system optimization,full floating and rotatory casing running,and continuous circulation drilling technology.At present,the technical achievements have been successfully applied in two ultra-large extended reach wells in the Enping 21-X Oilfield.The average depth of the two wells is 9054.5 m,and Well EP21-X-A1H had a drilling completion depth of 9508 m,making it the deepest offshore well in China and setting the records for well depth and horizontal displacement of ultralarge extended reach wells in China.The research results can provide references for the research and application of offshore ultra-large extended reach wells.
