摘要
丝素蛋白是一种从蚕丝中提取的蛋白质,因其良好的生物相容性、可加工性和化学可修饰性,在生物医学、组织工程、食品加工、光化学和生物传感等多个领域受到广泛关注,而且在促进可持续多功能复合材料的发展中起着至关重要的作用。综述了当前丝素蛋白与石墨烯衍生物复合的研究进展,重点介绍了丝素蛋白/石墨烯、丝素蛋白/氧化石墨烯和丝素蛋白/还原氧化石墨烯等复合材料。分析了上述各种复合材料的特点以及在特定领域的应用前景,对未来丝素蛋白/石墨烯衍生物复合材料的发展提出了相应的建议,后续的研究重点是优化复合材料的合成方法,改善丝素蛋白材料的缺点,拓宽丝素蛋白复合材料的用途。
Silk proteins,a kind of protein extracted from silkworm silk,have received extensive attention in various fields such as biomedicine,tissue engineering,food processing,photochemistry,and biosensing due to their good biocompatibility,processability,and chemical modifiability,and they also play a crucial role in promoting the development of sustainable multifunctional composites.This paper mainly reviews the current research progress on the composite of silk protein and graphene derivatives,focusing on the composites of silk protein/graphene,silk protein/graphene oxide and silk protein/reduced graphene oxide.The respective characteristics of each of these composites and their application prospects in specific fields are analysed,and corresponding suggestions are made for the future development of silk protein/graphene derivative composites.Subsequent research focuses on optimising the synthesis methods of the composites,improving the shortcomings of the silk protein materials,and broadening their application.
