摘要
随着人工智能领域新技术和新应用的迅猛发展,特别是Deepseek开源所带来的连锁反应,不仅加速了AI技术的发展进程,而且为AI技术进入高校思想政治工作领域提供了坚实的技术基础和广阔的可能性。AI新技术新应用在内容供给、精准施教、效率提升、互动体验、评价反馈、舆情研判等多个领域发挥出强大作用,使得高校思想政治工作在精准性、互动性和实效性方面得到了显著增强。然而,这一赋能过程也伴随着一系列挑战,包括意识形态安全风险、技术伦理困境、角色重构以及能力升级等系列问题。为了应对这些挑战,并实现AI技术与高校思想政治工作的深度融合,需要强化价值引领、顶层设计、制度建设,加强内容建设、提升教师素养以及完善技术协同。人工智能的发展对高校思想政治工作产生的冲击和影响,还需要实践检验,但当前,高校应抓住人工智能普惠机遇,实现高校思想政治工作的“弯道超车”。
With the rapid advancement of new technologies and applications in the field of Artificial Intelligence(AI),specially the chain reaction triggered by the open-sourcing of Deepseek,the pace of AI development has been greatly accelerated,laying a solid technical foundation and opening broad prospects for integrating AI into ideological and political education at universities.Emerging AI technologies and applications are playing a powerful role in diverse areas such as content delivery,precision instruction,efficiency enhancement,interactive learning experiences,evaluation and feedback,and publicopinion analysis.Consequently,ideological and political work in higher education has seen marked improvements in precision,interactivity,and effectiveness.However,this empowerment process also brings a host of challenges,including risks to ideological security,ethical dilemmas in technology use,role redefinitions,and demands for capacity upgrading.To address these challenges and realize deep integration between AI and universitylevel ideological and political education,it is necessary to strengthen value guidance,toplevel design,and institutional frameworks;enrich educational content;enhance teacher competencies;and improve technological coordination.Although the impact of AI on ideological and political work in higher education still requires empirical validation,universities should seize the wave of AI democratization to achieve a strategic leap forward in their ideological and political efforts.
