摘要
共同缔造活动和乡村振兴战略是基于不同视角推进农业农村现代化建设的重要方略,以共同缔造赋能乡村全面振兴是新时代深化农村改革的重要路径,二者在发展目标、主体力量、运行方式、核心内容、路径创新等方面都具有内在的逻辑联系。在新发展阶段,共同缔造赋能乡村全面振兴需从多维度协同推进,即用共同缔造理念凝聚乡村振兴合力、用群众路线方法激活乡村振兴内动力、用群众急难愁盼对接乡村产业规划、用共同缔造体制机制优化乡村治理体系、用党建引领塑造多元共治新格局,从而使共同缔造的效能有效服务乡村全面振兴的发展目标。
Joint creation activities and the rural revitalization strategy are important approaches to promoting the modernization of agriculture and rural areas from different perspectives.Empowering comprehensive rural revitalization through joint creation is a key path for deepening rural reforms in the new era.The two have internal logical connections in terms of development goals,main forces,operation modes,core contents,and path innovation.In the new development stage,empowering comprehensive rural revitalization through joint creation needs to be promoted through multidimensional collaboration:using the concept of joint creation to pool the joint force for rural revitalization,activating the internal driving force of rural revitalization with the mass line method,docking the urgent needs of the masses with rural industrial planning,optimizing the rural governance system with the institutional mechanisms of joint creation,and shaping a new pattern of pluralistic co-governance under the leadership of the Party.This will enable the effectiveness of joint creation to effectively serve the development goal of comprehensive rural revitalization.
