摘要 The Central Asian Orogenic Belt(CAOB)or the Altaids, the world’s largest accretionary orogen,is composed of Neoproterozoic-Phanerozoic accretionary orogenic collages that extend from the southern margins of the Siberian and East European Cratons to the northern margins of the Tarim and North China Cratons. The CAOB developed by multiple accretionary and collisional events, giving rise to numerous orogenic belts with many world-class mineral deposits(Safonova et al.,2011).
