摘要
目的探究慢性阻塞性肺疾病(简称慢阻肺)急性发作期治疗中应用有创呼吸机的应用效果和对动脉血气指标的影响。方法方便选取2023年11月—2024年12月瓮安县人民医院收治的100例慢阻肺急性发作患者为研究对象,按照治疗方法不同分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例)。对照组实施间歇性有创通气治疗,观察组实施有创呼吸机、无创呼吸机序贯治疗。比较两组临床疗效、肺功能指标、血气指标。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.00%(47/50),高于对照组的80.00%(40/50),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.332,P<0.05)。观察组肺功能指标优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组血气指标优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论有创呼吸机联合无创呼吸机连续应用于慢阻肺急性发作期的治疗,能明显改善患者的呼吸困难和血气指标,帮助患者更快恢复。
Objective To explore the application effect of invasive ventilator and the influence of arterial blood gas index in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods A total of 100 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to Weng'an County People's Hospital from November 2023 to December 2024 were conveniently selected and divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with intermittent invasive ventilation,and the observation group was treated with invasive ventilator and non-invasive ventilator sequential therapy.The clinical efficacy,lung function indexes and blood gas indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.00%(47/50),which was higher than 80.00%(40/50)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.332,P<0.05).The lung function indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The blood gas indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous application of invasive ventilator combined with non-invasive ventilator in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can significantly improve the dyspnea and blood gas indexes of patients and help patients recover faster.
