摘要
随着建筑行业对大体积混凝土工程质量和耐久性要求的不断提高,大体积混凝土的材料选择、施工工艺及温度控制技术等成为关键研究领域。基于此,本文探讨大体积混凝土的材料选择与配合比设计要点,分析施工工艺中施工准备、浇筑、养护以及裂缝监测与修复技术体系,并深入研究温度控制技术,包括温度裂缝形成机理、监测与控制策略、温控措施效果评估及前沿创新应用等,以期为大体积混凝土工程提供全面的技术指导,提升工程质量,推动行业技术进步。
With the continuous improvement of the construction industry's requirements for the quality and durability of large-volume concrete projects,the material selection,construction technology and temperature control technology of large-volume concrete have become key research areas.Based on this,this paper discusses the key points of material selection and mix ratio design of large-volume concrete,analyzes the technical system of construction preparation,pouring,maintenance,crack monitoring and repair in the construction process,and deeply studies the temperature control technology,including the temperature crack formation mechanism,monitoring and control strategy,temperature control measure effect evaluation and cutting-edge innovative application,etc.,in order to provide comprehensive technical guidance for large-volume concrete engineering,improve project quality,and promote the technological progress of the industry.
