摘要
目的制备地氯雷他定药物共晶,为其性质研究提供基础。方法以地氯雷他定为原料,2,4-二羟基苯甲酸为前驱体,采用溶剂挥发法,制备得到地氯雷他定共晶。应用^(1)H NMR、^(13)C NMR、粉末X射线衍射、差示扫描量热法、热重法等对制备得到的共晶进行表征。结果共晶各表征图谱均不同于地氯雷他定及2,4-二羟基苯甲酸。结论地氯雷他定与2,4-二羟基苯甲酸成功形成共晶。
Objective To prepare desloratadine co-crystal to provide a basis for its property research.Methods Using desloratadine as starting material and 2,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid as eutectic precursor,the co-crystal was obtained by solvent volatilization.The structure of the co-crystal was characterized by ^(1)H NMR,^(13)C NMR,power X-ray diffraction,differential scanning calorimetry and thermal gravimetric analysis.Results The characteristic spectra of the co-crystal differed from those of desloratadine and 2,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid.Conclusion Desloratadine and 2,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid successfully form a co-crystal.
