摘要
针对工业现场起重机应用场景,为保障现场人员作业环境安全,使起重机吊钩在非工作状态准确停止在指定高空位置,设计了一种基于监控视频的起重机吊钩识别安全系统。利用现场已有的监控摄像头,作为起重机吊钩停止位识别图像采集源。接入起重机运行信号,以触发图像识别。当起重机停止时,安全系统采集当前监控摄像头图像,以识别吊钩停止位。若吊钩未停在规定位置,则触发现场语音警报器以提醒作业人员注意安全,并及时将吊钩归位。针对监控摄像头下的吊钩停止位识别需求,设计了两种识别方法,并在相同图集的情况下进行对比。采用准确率达96%的识别方法作为安全系统的图像识别方法。经现场部署验证,安全系统投运后的安全警示效果明显,具有较高的推广价值。
Aiming at the crane application scenario in the industrial field,to ensure the safety of the operating environment of field personnel,and to make the crane hook stop accurately in the specified overhead position in the non-operating state,a safety system based on surveillance video for the crane hook recognition has been designed.The use of existing surveillance cameras on site,as a crane hook stop position recognition image acquisition source.The crane operation signal is accessed for triggering image recognition.When the crane stops,the safety system collects the current surveillance camera image to recognize the hook stop position.If the hook does not stop at the specified position,a voice alarm on site is triggered to remind the operator to pay attention to safety and return the hook to its position in time.Two recognition methods are designed to recognize the requirement hook stopping position under the surveillance camera and compared with the same set of drawings.The recognition method with 96%accuracy is adopted as the image recognition method of the safety system.After the field deployment verification,the safety warning effect is obvious after the safety system is put into operation,and it has high popularization value.
