摘要
目的:研究月腺大戟Euphorbia ebracteolata Hayata根的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20葡聚糖凝胶、ODS和半制备HPLC等方法对月腺大戟根进行分离和纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据对化合物结构进行鉴定。结果:从月腺大戟根中分离得到14个化合物,分别鉴定为:1α,3α-dihydroxy-ent-abieta-8(14),13(15)-dien-16,12-olide(1)、eurifoloid C(2)、eurifoloid D(3)、15S,16-dihydroxy-3-oxoisopimar-9(11)-ene(4)、ent-isopimara 8(14),15-dien-3β,12β-diol(5)、wilforol F(6)、ent-pimara-8(14),15-diene-19-ol(7)、(23Z)-9,19-cycloart-23-ene-3α,25-diol(8)、tripterfrielanon A(9)、黑蔓酮酯丁(10)、齐墩果酮酸(11)、olean-12-ene-11α-methoxy-3β-acetate(12)、1-(4-hydroxyphenyl)ethan-1-one(13)、p-hydroxybenzaldehyde(14)。结论:其中,化合物4、6、7、9~11为首次从大戟属植物中分离得到,其余化合物为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the roots of Euphorbia ebracteolata.Methods:The roots of Euphorbia ebracteolata was isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20,ODS and semi-preparative HPLC.The structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.Results:Fourteen compounds were isolated from Euphorbia ebracteolata and identified as 1α,3α-dihydroxy-ent-abieta-8(14),13(15)-dien-16,12-olide(1),eurifoloid C(2),eurifoloid D(3),15S,16-dihydroxy-3-oxoisopimar-9(11)-ene(4),ent-isopimara 8(14),15-dien-3β,12β-diol(5),wilforol F(6),ent-pimara-8(14),15-diene-19-ol(7),(23Z)-9,19-cycloart-23-ene-3α,25-diol(8),tripterfrielanon A(9),regelin D(10),oleanonic acid(11),olean-12-ene-11α-methoxy-3β-acetate(12),1-(4-hydroxyphenyl)ethan-1-one(13),p-hydroxybenzaldehyde(14),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 4,6,7 and 9 to 11 are isolated from Euphorbia genus for the first time,other compounds are isolated from Euphorbia ebracteolata for the first time.
