摘要
天麻作为药食两用的热点品种,近年来备受关注,天麻产业也得到了快速发展。该文通过查阅历代本草资料和现代中药资源类书籍,并结合数据库信息和栽培产区及市场调研,对天麻道地产区变迁、资源分布和栽培产区形成及市场产销情况进行整理、分析。总结天麻产业发展存在的问题,并提出解决方案,为进一步推动天麻产业的可持续健康发展提供建议,同时也为大健康产业的发展提供参考。
Gastrodia elata,as a popular medicinal and edible variety,has received increasing attention in recent years,leading to rapid development of the industry.By consulting the herbal literatures of successive dynasties,modern traditional Chinese medicine resource books,and combined on database analysis with investigations into cultivation areas and market conditions,the changes of producing area,resource distribution,the formation of major cultivation areas,and market supply and demand for Gastrodia elata were systematically organized and analyzed.The paper summarized the issues in the development of the Gastrodia elata industry and proposed solutions to address these problems.The aim is to provide suggestions for the sustainable and healthy development of Gastrodia elata industry,while also offering insights for the development of the broader health industry.
