摘要
目的探讨康复治疗专业本科实习生按照先后不同顺序轮转康复病房和康复治疗中心的实习效果。方法选取2023年5月至2024年6月在安徽医科大学第二附属医院康复医学科实习的63名康复治疗专业本科实习生纳入研究,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(31例)和研究组(32例)。对照组采取先轮转康复治疗中心后轮转病房的顺序进行实习,研究组采取先轮转康复病房后轮转康复治疗中心的顺序进行实习,两组实习生康复病房、康复治疗中心实习时长及带教方式均一致。两组学生均于实习结束前进行理论考试、实践考核和问卷调查。结果两组理论考试成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组实践考核成绩和问卷调查满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论先轮转康复病房后轮转康复治疗中心的实习安排有利于提高康复治疗专业实习生的实践操作水平,满意度高。
Objective To explore the internship effects of undergraduate rehabilitation therapy students rotating through rehabilitation wards and rehabilitation therapy centers in different sequences.Methods Sixty three undergraduate interns majoring in rehabilitation treatment who interned at the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from May 2023 to June 2024 were selected for the study.They were divided into control group(31 cases)and research group(32 cases)by random number table method.The control group underwent internships in the order of first rotating from the rehabilitation treatment center to the ward,while the research group underwent internships in the order of first rotating from the rehabilitation ward to the rehabilitation treatment center.The internship duration and teaching methods of interns of the two groups were the same in the rehabilitation ward and rehabilitation treatment center.Students of both groups underwent theoretical exams,practical assessments,and questionnaire surveys before the end of their internship.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of theoretical examination between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of practical examination and satisfaction of questionnaire survey in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The internship arrangement of rotating the rehabilitation ward first and then the rehabilitation treatment center is conducive to improving the practical operation level of rehabilitation treatment professional interns,with high satisfaction and better internship effects.
