采空区遗煤自燃预测防治研究

摘要 针对采空区遗煤自燃问题,深入探究综放工作面采空区漏风与气体浓度分布规律。研究发现,采空区裂隙带裂缝是漏风主要通道,且回风侧风速高于进风侧实施了地表漏风裂缝封堵和工作面增压通风两项技术措施。通过增加地表裂缝封堵密实度,有效缩减了氧化升温带范围;而工作面增压通风则通过调节通风系统,减少采空区漏风,降低了氧气浓度,显著抑制了煤炭自燃。 In response to the problem of spontaneous combustion of residual coal in goaf,this study explores in depth the distribution laws of air leakage and gas concentration in goaf of fully mechanized coal mining face.Research has found that the cracks in the goaf are the main channels for air leakage,and the wind speed on the return side is higher than that on the inlet side.Two technical measures have been implemented,namely surface air leakage crack sealing and working face pressurization ventilation.By increasing the sealing density of surface cracks,the range of oxidized temperate zones has been effectively reduced.The pressurized ventilation of the working face reduces air leakage in the goaf and lowers oxygen concentration by adjusting the ventilation system,significantly suppressing coal spontaneous combustion.
