摘要
在我国“双碳”目标背景下,污水处理作为高能耗、高碳排放行业,面临着绿色节能和优化处理的迫切需求。活性污泥法作为常用的污水处理工艺,曝气是污水处理过程中耗能最大部分。其自动化控制水平较低,导致高能耗环节成为降低碳排放的关键所在。研究分析了污水处理工艺的高能耗问题,并重点探讨了精准曝气技术在污水处理中的应用。通过引入自适应模糊推理算法模型(ANFIS)和粒子群算法(PSO)优化水质预测模型,结合模糊PID控制器,实现了曝气系统的精准预测和控制。实验结果表明,该方法在提高预测精度和控制系统稳定性方面具有显著效果,为实现污水处理厂的节能降耗提供了新思路。
In the context of China's"dual carbon"goals,wastewater treatment,as a high energy consumption and high carbon emission industry,faces urgent needs for green energy conservation and optimized treatment.As a commonly used sewage treatment process,aeration is the most energy consuming part of the activated sludge process.Its low level of automation control makes high energy consuming processes the key to reducing carbon emissions.This article analyzes the issue of high energy consumption in sewage treatment processes and focuses on exploring the application of precision aeration technology in sewage treatment.By introducing adaptive fuzzy inference algorithm model(ANFIS)and particle swarm optimization algorithm(PSO)to optimize the water quality prediction model,combined with fuzzy PID controller,accurate prediction and control of the aeration system have been achieved.The experimental results show that this method has significant effects in improving prediction accuracy and control system stability,providing new ideas for achieving energy conservation and consumption reduction in sewage treatment plants.
